Consultations and Bookings

When you book a consultation or request our services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Be respectful to our staff and contractors

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Design Work

We retain the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your Content

By uploading images, documents, or other materials to our website or sharing them with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services and improving our business operations.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Generally:

• Initial consultations may be offered free of charge
• Design projects typically require a deposit before work commences
• Payment schedules will be outlined in project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement

Cancellation and Refunds

Consultation Cancellations

Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or inability to book future consultations.

Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a design project, the following terms apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• You will be charged for all work completed to date
• Any materials or products ordered on your behalf must be paid for in full
